Scott Hanosh, D D S
Dr. Scott Hanosh was born in Albuquerque and raised in the small town of Grants, N.M. After graduating from Grants High School in 1981, he attended the University of New Mexico (UNM) in Albuquerque for his freshman year and then transferred to Creighton University in Omaha, NE.
The summer before Dr. Scott’s junior year he met Michelle and they were married in Las Cruces, NM, a year later. They moved to Omaha so Dr. Scott could finish his senior year and graduate with a Bachelor’s of Science degree. After taking a year off to have their son, Josh, Dr. Scott attended Creighton University’s dental school and they spent the next four years back in Omaha.
Upon graduating Dental School in May, 1990, Dr. Scott, Michelle and Josh moved to Paradise and have loved living and raising their family here. Dr. Scott says he has the best staff and patients out of anywhere in the world.
His son, Josh, married his highschool sweetheart, Danielle, and they live in Colfax, CA where they founded, Blackberry Creek Farm Animal Sanctuary. In 2017, Josh left teaching mathematics and computer science to found Dedicated Designs which is a web design and marketing agency that specializes in web design, social media management, and marketing. Danielle teaches English at Spring View Middle School in Rocklin, CA and is the CEO of Blackberry Creek.
Dr. Scott and Michelle are very involved in their church, Paradise Alliance Church. They both are involved in short-term missions which take them to Mexicali, Mexico, and Dr. Scott has been to Fiji to work with YWAM.
Dr. Scott is an avid golfer and if you can’t find him at the office working with patients he might be found at Canyon Oaks golf course getting 18 holes in.
Dr. Scott loves what he does and has invested considerable time and money into his dental education to expand his knowledge and make it possible for his community to enjoy the benefits of comprehensive dental services in one office.
Beau Hunter, D D S
Dr. G. Beau Hunter was born and raised in Gridley, CA. He grew up the oldest of five children, helping his father with farming rice, carpentry, and painting and drawing with his mom. After graduating from Gridley High School, he traveled to seven countries in Europe studying abroad, followed by a two-year church mission to Brazil where he learned to speak Portuguese. Beau then studied at BYU Idaho and attained his Bachelor's in Biology with a minor in Chemistry.
In 2007, Beau married Shannon and moved to Columbus, Ohio, to attend dental school at The Ohio State University College of Dentistry. Go Buckeyes! He won his dental school singing competition “DDS Idol” four years in a row. Following graduation, Dr. Hunter studied Sedation Dentistry and attained his I.V. Conscious Sedation License from USC.
He has been able to provide dental care for anxious patients, those who find it hard to “get numb”, and those with a severe gag reflex. Dr. Hunter’s experience offers unique and compassionate care to a wider range of people. His artistic ability offers pleasing results to his patients when making their smiles natural looking.
Beau and Shannon have three beautiful daughters, Tatum, Remi, and Primrose. Beau enjoys many forms of art, woodworking, and music. He plays guitar and the trumpet, he also builds his own guitars, and is currently taking piano lessons. He also built his desk from raw pieces of walnut from an orchard in Chico that he milled himself.

Charles Sannar, D D S
Dr. Charles Sannar is a Gridley native. After high school, he served a two-year mission in Indiana for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. His education began at Butte College where he studied Biology, then transferred to Brigham Young University in Provo, UT, to major in Pre-dental Zoology. He graduated from Northwestern University Dental School in Chicago, IL. He and his wife, Kathy, of Paradise, met while they were students at BYU. They have been married 40 years and have 5 children and 7 grandchildren. After finishing dental school, they returned to raise their family in Gridley where their roots run deep in the farming communities of Northern California. He enjoys playing golf, cycling, off-road motorcycle riding, fishing, woodworking, and auto mechanics. He spent many years working as an auto mechanic with his father, Ray, of Shade Tree Garage.
Dr. Sannar is an experienced professional of 34 years, who has established himself as one of the premier dentists in the field. Known for catering to dental phobics, his approach is to develop a level of trust before proceeding with treatment. His expertise and passion in the field has consistently challenged and motivated him to deliver the care you are looking for. He continues to increase and enhance his knowledge through advanced training each year. His team has been hand-picked and highly trained, enabling him to provide you with the outstanding dental care you deserve.
He has completed numerous training programs that complement his academic career, which focuses on CEREC same-day cosmetic crowns, CT-guided implant placement, oral surgery, clear aligner tooth straightening, sedation dentistry, and cosmetic and general dental care.
Dr. Sannar's extensive and broad educational experience has helped shape him into one of the most skilled dentists in the area. His work continues to attract patients from various regions, even fellow doctors have experienced his care.
In addition to his educational accomplishments, Dr. Sannar has solidified his standing through a number of recognitions and honors. He is a certified member of the American Dental Association, the California Dental Association, the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry and the American Academy of Implant Dentistry. He served as the president of the Butte Sierra Dental Society while they navigated out of the COVID crisis. His association with Hanosh and Hunter Dental Group in Chico allows him to provide the highest quality of comprehensive care to the communities of Chico, Paradise, Cohasset, Los Molinos, Oroville, Colusa, Red Bluff, Gridley, and Biggs.
